Silken Smoothie

Silken Smoothie

Makes: 3.5 cups    prep time: 10 minutes     

Ingredients
1-cup mixed berries, frozen
1-cup crushed pineapple
1-cup soymilk
2 tablespoons honey
1 lemon, juice only
1-teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup soft silken tofu

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into individual glasses and ENJOY!!
