Cole Slaw

COLE SLAW WITH RAISINS AND WALNUTS  

This homemade coleslaw is quick, easy, delicious and packed with nutrients.

Ingredients:

4 cups cabbage combined*

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons plain yogurt

3 tablespoonsraisins

2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients together allow to rest for about an hour or more. Serve.

**  Shred cabbage or buy already shredded
