Snack Time!

As temperatures start to dip I love to reach for warming treats and these carrot cake bars hit the spot.   Crushed pineapple provides moisture and sweetness to this old time favorite fall treat. Warm from the over or slightly heated in the microwave makes these bars a favorite. Dust with confectionary sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
